More Dash

Right side of the dash mount is mostly done. I'm going to box it in but the tough part is done. Just need to mirror it onto the left side and the dash mounting is finished...



The dzus' aren't riveted to the dash yet, so that's why they sit in random rotation. When the dash goes out for ano they need to be removed anyway.




Can't get enough dimple die..










Center bottom mount

Dash

The dash is hanging by two dzus fasteners. Better than a pair of C clamps..






Tig'd the tabs to the firewall. The rest will be attached to the roll cage.

Pulled the cage and installed the fuel cell for a test fit.




Radiator is going to be tight...

Rear shocks

The rear shock upper mount was a little too far inboard. This was causing the threaded collars to hang up on the the shock tower at full droop.

I wanted to reinforce the mounts anyway so I had some little plates lasered out.














This isn't all welded up yet but it's looks like it'll work

I was able to get a lot of final gusset work done on the cage.

Got the rear cross member mocked up then mounted the center skid plate.
