Beadlocks & Sliders Part 2

Today I was supposed to pick up my new drivetrain but the seller backed out. Which may turn out to be a good thing because a found a 22RE. Those are fuel injected and it's a better price. Need to look at it in the morning though.

So I started by painting the wheels and lock rings

This is the tool compartment on the left side of the rig. You can see it's in poor shape.

Here you can see right through the bottom of the compartment.

So I drilled out a couple of rivets.

Problem solved. I'll extend the compartment down the the bottom of the frame and mount the Optima battery in there.

Finished up the other slider this morning too. I'm in a holding pattern waiting on a 1.5" die for the tube bender. Should be here Tuesday. Hopefully tires will be in tomorrow and I can get them mounted up.
