Front Links

Started the front links and was able to finish the lowers.

Had to notch the footwell for the plating/link mounts to pass through.

Upper and lower links on passenger (normally driver's) side. This setup is in triple shear, the plates are on either side of the frame rail with a tube stubbed through. Additionally there's a 3 plate on the outboard side the will tie into the outrigger, skid plate and slider.

Another shot of the passenger side plating.

Different angle, shows the 3rd plate a little better.

Driver's side plating. I haven't designed the 3rd plate for this one yet. It will tie in just like the passenger side but it does not cut into the footwell. It's not going to just hang out there though ;)

Inboard shot.

Front axle flexed a little.

The upper link tower is going to be a tight fit between the frame rail and the shock!

Driver's side axle link mount.

Upper link and steering decisions next!
